That’s why we start preparing your order only after it’s confirmed.
Each tray of microgreens is freshly sown, nurtured, and grown with care to ensure that you receive living, nutrient-rich plants at their peak vitality.
📦 Order Processing & Timeline
- Once your order is confirmed, the growing process begins immediately.
- It takes approximately 6–7 days for your microgreens to reach their ideal growth stage.
- After harvesting or preparing your live tray, the product is carefully packaged and shipped to maintain freshness and quality during transit.
- Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location, courier availability, or weather conditions.
- ⏰ Estimated Delivery Window: 6–7 days after order confirmation (may extend by 1–2 days in some areas).
- 🚛 Delivery & Handling
- We deliver within serviceable regions in India using trusted delivery partners.
- All packages are handled with care to ensure your live microgreens arrive in healthy condition.
- Please make sure to receive your order on the first delivery attempt, as microgreens are living plants that need immediate care once delivered.
🌿 Receiving Your Product
When you receive your Growoys live microgreens:

Place the tray in indirect sunlight or near a window.

Water gently as instructed on your care card.

Harvest as needed to enjoy truly fresh greens daily.

2. Refund & Return Policy
- Because our products are live and perishable, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy.
Each batch is custom-grown for you, and once it leaves our farm, it cannot be reused, restocked, or resold.
⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds or returns are not applicable in the following cases:
- Change of mind after placing an order.
- Minor variations in color, size, or texture — natural with organic growth.
- Delay due to courier issues, weather, or factors beyond our control.
- Nutritional or taste differences — since each batch grows naturally and uniquely.
💚 Eligible Situations for Review
- We understand that rare issues can occur during transit. We may review replacement or credit cases only if:
- The product arrives damaged, spoiled, or non-living.
- A wrong item was delivered.

3. Order Cancellations
- Once an order has been confirmed and growing has begun, cancellations are not possible.
If you wish to cancel immediately after ordering, please contact our support team within 2 hours of order placement — before the growing process starts.
4. Delivery Responsibility
- Growoys takes full responsibility for the product until it reaches your address.
After successful delivery, care and handling become the customer’s responsibility.
